Zagreb has always been famous as a city of sports, recreation, and, above all, successful athletes. Now, a new web site reveals all sports tourism options in one place.

In cooperation with the Croatian Olympic Committee, at this site the Zagreb Tourist Board brings a lot of interesting information on sporting events, athletic courts and athletes who, together with those whose efforts built the city in the past, take the credit for today’s athletic reputation. The information is available in six languages and accompanied by a film which confirms that our city is really an attractive sports destination, interesting to professional athletes as well as recreationists.

However, Zagreb also offers a range of other activities and attractive events. One of them, which you can attend in November, revolves around film. During the 19^th edition of the Zagreb Film Festival the city will become the destination of many prominent artists who earned their reputation in the international and Croatian independent film production. There are also many useful workshops organised for those who would like to follow the same path, in addition to an overview of recent films and awards given to the best motion pictures in several categories.

The city itself is interesting in all seasons, but maybe the most in autumn, which changes the colours of trees in its parks, and adds new flavours to a rich selection of dishes and beverages. Many activities, compliance with epidemiological measures and recommendations in hotels, restaurants and other public places, make a visit to Zagreb interesting, different and safe.
