Cest is d'Best: Street Festival to Bring Optimism

This year street festival Cest is d’Best will turn streets of Zagreb into a stage, once again, bringing unexpected laughter, joy and optimism to passers-by.

This year from 18 to 21 August, the 26^th edition of the international street festival Cest is d’Best will gather performers who will bring joy to passers-by in the streets of Zagreb with their talents and skills. Owing to a multimedia programme, which consists of music, theatre, art, sports and other performances for children and adults, participants of this street festival erase the limits between standard and alternative artistic expression and bring good mood to the city streets. 

Cest is d'Best was created in 1997 and it is the oldest street festival in Croatia. During the festival, the city centre has a special atmosphere which is equally stimulating to those spreading the good mood and those receiving the vibe. Street artists are awarded with reactions of passers-by who continue on their way with a smile and a newly awakened optimism after unexpected encounters.
