38th Interliber - The biggest book and teaching appliances fair

Between November 10th and 15th, the grounds of the Zagreb Fair will be the venue for the 38th Interliber – international fair of books and teaching appliances, which regularly attracts hosts of visitors. Apart from an impressive offer of books, visitors of this year’s edition of the fair can also look forward to an array of new and attractive happenings.

Over 130 exhibitors, publishers of fiction, children’s literature, educational literature, and specialized science literature, as well as various cultural institutions and organizations, will showcase their wares at this year’s edition of the international fair of books and teaching appliances – Interliber. The fair, very popular among book fans, will take place for the 38^th consecutive year, between November 10^th and 15^th at the Zagreb Fair. Apart from finding the biggest offer of books and teaching appliances in one place, attending promotions of new releases, guest-writer lectures, specialized gatherings and children’s workshops, visitors can also look forward to some interesting novelties. One of the most interesting among them is the “Science District” event, whose goal is to popularize science in a practical and entertaining way by catering to a wide range of interests – hieroglyphics reading, fossil making, various chemistry experiments and attractive 3D printing. Another novelty is the “Knjižider”, a place where visitors can temporarily leave the books they purchase while they continue browsing the fair. Of course, the fair visitors will also have the opportunity to buy books at discount prices, which can make quite a difference in the house budget of any voracious reader.

Interliber is being organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, and entry is free of charge.
