The month of March takes us into Spring, officially too, and brings us a wealth of interesting cultural events and entertainment.

Zagreb this month gets its very own Festival of Light so entering into the company of other European cities such as Berlin who already have their own such festival. Thanks to the work of artists working in lighting and special effects, light  will dance playfully on the Upper Town, Tomićeva street, the Grič tunnel and more.

Those of us who are in love with travel this March should head for the 6^th Place2go Exhibition of International Tourism, held this year in the Zagreb Arena and bigger and better than ever. New trends in tourism, destinations, faster and easier planning of trips are just some of the themes of the Place2go Exhibition of International Tourism.

Lovers of good food are waiting impatiently for another Restaurant Week. Once again top-class delicacies will be served at special prices in the best Zagreb restaurants. This will be an opportunity to acquaint ourselves once more the excellent quality and diversity of the gastronomic scene in Zagreb and Croatia.

And as the cherry on the cake we can boast that Andrew Lloyd Webber’s masterpiece, the musical “Cats” watched by over 50 million people all over the world, will have its Croatian premiere, the original West End production in Zagreb Arena.

March brings something for everyone, all you have to do is choose.
