A more temperate weather, which allows the life of the city to move outdoors, in streets and squares, marks the perfect time for many street events. It is always interesting and lively in the main, Ban Josip Jelačić Square, the Upper Town as well as in parks which cover the city. Numerous concerts of renowned Croatian and foreign performers are also held in the city so this is an excellent additional excuse or a reason to visit Zagreb.
New motives to visit the city spring up all the time. It is well known that Croatia will preside over the European Union in the first six months of 2020 so Zagreb is to become a European metropolis. This will certainly spark off additional interest in our city, which has in recent years been visited by an increasing number of tourists from all over the world. Due to a quality service and programs it is the winner of many prestigious awards.
Whichever the basic motive for visiting the city may be, and the choice is wide and varied and adapted to all preferences and age groups, Zagreb offers a rich gastronomic and commercial offer and a wonderful atmosphere.
