Ethnographic Museum - Bring your Pets along

If you are travelling with your pets and do not want to part from them too much, you can now take them with you to the pet friendly Ethnographic Museum.

Your pet is welcome to accompany you on a visit to the Ethnographic Museum in Zagreb. As of recently, the museum has joined a list of venues all over the world which take into account the requirements of different types of visitors and allow tourists to take their pets on a museum visit. Pets are allowed entry on weekends, which will certainly be appreciated by numerous citizens of Zagreb who will gladly benefit from the opportunity to bring their pets to the Ethnographic Museum.

Obviously, taking a pet along implies certain rules. Pets need to be on a leash, well behaved and obedient. They can enter the museum in the company of an entrance fee paying adult. There will be no additional entrance charge for a pet. For obvious reasons, group visits with pets are not allowed.

Every museum visiting dog must have a licence issued by a veterinarian with an updated record of all the requisite vaccinations, and obviously they have to be well trained. They need to be on a leash during the entire visit, and if necessary wear a nozzle in compliance with the regulation on dangerous dogs. Their owners are required to carry suitable equipment to clean up after their dogs and respect hygiene rules.
