During the last 13 years the Kings of Leon have sold over 18 million albums and 24 million singles around the world. As many as five of the band's singles have made their way onto Billboard's Hot 100 chart; all seven studio albums are in the Billboard Top 200 list and two singles have triumphed by reaching number one on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart. Kings of Leon have won over arenas and stadiums around the world and headlined at some of its biggest festivals.
With four Grammy awards and seven nominations, without a doubt Kings of Leon are the biggest name to appear in the 12-year history of the INmusic festival. Their performance will also be their biggest festival appearance in this region to date and their first, long-awaited performance in Croatia. The occasion for their upcoming European tour, which their appearance at INmusic is part of, is the release of their latest studio album, WALLS. The album was released in November 2016 after a break of three years.
With Kings of Leon scheduled to appear, the INmusic festival will be in the company of the biggest European festivals since it is one of just eight European festivals at which they are scheduled to appear this summer. Kings of Leon are joining an already impressive lineup at INmusic this year: the excellent Flogging Molly, Arcade Fire, Alt-J, Kasabian, Michael Kiwanuka and many more. The organisers have no doubt that the 12th INmusic festival will be the biggest yet and will establish Zagreb and Croatia as essential stops for the biggest stars of the international music scene. The INmusic festival is held at Jarun Lake in Zagreb and this year takes place on the weekend of 19-21 June. Tickets for the three day festival cost 399 kn, while a seven day camping pass costs 200 kn.
