Lord of the Dance will once again perform in Zagreb, but this time its members will present their timeless story, enjoyed by audiences worldwide, in a new way. The kings of Irish step dancing will perform on October 16th at Arena Zagreb, where they will present their new show, “Dangerous Games”, which draws inspiration from the story of a battle between good and evil. The story is based on a character that travels through time in order to help the lord of the dance defend himself against dark forces. Apart from taking place on a new stage, the show features new choreography and fantastic scenography with many hologram projections, special lightshow effects and dancing robots.
Since its foundation in 1996 by Irish step dancer Michael Flatley, Lord of the Dance has become the biggest dance show in the world and attracted record numbers of visitors. Lord of the Dance shows have been seen by audiences in more than 60 countries thus far, leaving them breathless without fail. The group consists of three line-ups of two hundred dancers each. They spend 125 days a year rehearsing, and the rest of the time touring. Since these masters of the dance floor are well known by the Zagreb audience, we are sure their new stage spectacle in the Croatian capital is eagerly anticipated by their numerous fans in all of Croatia.
