Old Zagreb - Romantic and even more romantic

If you want to get to know Zagreb in a different way, as of the second half of March you will have the opportunity to do so riding in an electric powered replica of the 1905 Model T Ford, whose driver will also be your guide.

Any sightseeing tour of the streets of the Upper Town and Lenuci’s Horseshoe, which connects downtown landmarks, is romantic in itself because of all of the attractions and the history evident in the streets, squares and parks. Soon, however, these sightseeing tours will be even more romantic for those who opt for a ride in a replica of the Model T Ford from the early 20^th century. As of the second half of March, owing to the Old Zagreb project, these electric powered cars, which reach a top speed of 25 km/h and are completely silent, will take tourists on sightseeing tours of all the main streets of the Upper Town and downtown attractions. Apart from the driver, who also serves as a guide, these old-timers fit four other persons. For the time being, only two cars will circulate the streets of Zagreb, while their number is expected to reach ten or so by the end of the year.
