Once again, this year, between May 6th and 15th, Zrinjevac Park will be the place to go for everyone with a sweet tooth because it will be the venue for the Slatki Gušti Festival of Confectioneries. The sweetest festival in town, taking place in its 5th edition this year, will feature the most imaginative sweet treats made by the best renowned confectioners from Zagreb and other parts of Croatia. Visitors will surely be very tempted to taste the various delicacies which will include all sorts of cakes and other kind of pastries and cookies for all tastes.
During the ten days of the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to attend workshops during which the confectioners will reveal small secrets about the preparation of various sweets, as well as partake in various contests. In order to celebrate this small jubilee, the organisers of the festival are also planning numerous other surprises.
The organiser of the Slatki Gušti Festival of Confectioneries is the agency Dobra Vibra, and it is being held with the backing of the city and the Zagreb Tourist Board.
