The Dražen Petrović Basketball Hall - Placebo once again in Zagreb

After their last concert, held last year at the INmusic Festival, the alternative British band Placebo will perform on November 10th at the Dražen Petrović Basketball Hall as part of their world tour with which they are marking the 20th anniversary since the release of their eponymous debut album.

On November 10th, the Dražen Petrović Basketball Hall will be the venue for a performance by the British alternative rock band Placebo, who will visit Zagreb as part of their world tour with which they are marking the 20th anniversary since the release of their platinum debut album, “Placebo”. This concert will be the band’s only performance in the region.

Placebo is a band well known to the Zagreb audience, as they have performed in the Croatian capital several times, the last time being at last year’s edition of the INmusic Festival at Jarun Lake. This time, however, the band will perform a set list of their most commercial hits, which they rarely perform before live audiences, and that is exactly what the fans will have the opportunity to hear during this tour.

The band was formed in 1994 in London and it has thus far released seven studio albums. It is best known to wide audiences for hits such as “Nancy Boy”, “Pure Morning”, “You Don't Care About Us”, “Every You Every Me”, “The Bitter End”, “Twenty Years” and the cover of “Running Up That Hill” – a song by the renowned British musician Kate Bush.

Tickets for the Placebo concert can be purchased online at www.eventim.hr, at prices ranging between 199 and 249 kuna.
