The Garden Brewery - A new craft brewery at Žitnjak

A new craft brewery, The Garden Brewery, opened in-mid June in the Žitnjak industrial zone. It offers craft beer on tap and features weekly music events as well as an array of other programmes.

A new craft brewery, The Garden Brewery, was opened in mid-June in the Žitnjak industrial zone located in the eastern part of the city. The opening of this brewery is yet another contribution to the brewing revolution of craft beer, not only in Zagreb but all of Croatia, which has opened doors to an increasing number of quality craft beer manufacturers.

Apart from serving craft beer on tap and offering typical pub food, the brewery will also organise weekly music events. Sundays are reserved for Sunday Sessions, where there will be guided tours of the brewery, tastings, acoustic live music performances, food fairs, entertainment for children and much more.

The Garden Brewery is primarily a manufacturing plant which was opened with the goal of reviving the once very vibrant industrial zone at Žitnjak. The brewery also boasts an interesting interior including an excellent sound system and lighting, and it is the only brewery in the world with a disco ball.
