The Gradec Plateu and Klovićevi dvori a mecca for wine lovers – ZG Wine & Food and Zagreb Bubbles

Those who love a fine bite to eat and a good drop to drink will be heading to Upper Town this June, to the Klovićevi dvori Gallery and the Gradec plateu.

From 26 May to 11 June the ZG Wine & Food restaurant festival will be held on the Gradec plateau, where guests will be presented with the offerings from seven of the city's leading restaurants accompanied by the best Croatian wines. Every evening there will also be a programme of musical entertainment, and since the Gradec plateau offers a spectacular view of the city it is no surprise that the ZG Wine and Food festival is also known as the Festival with a View.

In the Klovićevi dvori Gallery on 3 June 2017 a new, large, specialised international festival of sparkling wine, Zagreb Bubbles, will be held. There are around 100 exhibitors, and guests will be able to get to know the best local and foreign sparkling wines available on the Croatian market, including 15 Champagne houses. The aim of the festival is to establish quality business contacts between the producers and visitors which will enable them to sell and place their wines on the domestic and international market.
