The World Famous Harlem Gospel Choir will perform at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall on 23 December. The repertoire will encompass the most famous Christmas classics such as “Silent Night”, “God Bless the Child” and also black spiritual songs such as “Happy Day” and “Amazing Grace”. It was announced that the repertoire is dedicated to the oeuvre of a legendary singer, Prince.
Harlem Gospel Choir was founded in 1986 in Harlem, New York and its mission is to promote African American culture by performing gospels. During their long career they have worked with biggest pop stars and by performing their hits they won the hearts of numerous lovers of quality sound and good music.
