Zagreb Arena – A Galaxy of Spectacular Concerts

Zagreb Arena, the scene of exceptional concerts from world renowned virtuosos: Sir Rod Stewart, Andrea Bocelli, the Lord of the Dance, André Rieu and Cirque du Soleil.

Zagreb Arena on February 2 hosts a true musical superstar – Sir Rod Stewart! Sir Rod Stewart has twice entered the legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Throughout his career, which spans five decades, he has sold more than 200 million albums around the world. In 2016 he was knighted for his contributions to music and for his humanitarian work.

After more than three years the famous Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli returns to Croatia! He will be singing in Zagreb Arena on March 10 in honour of International Women’s Day. The concert will have two parts – a classical part during which the tenor will perform some of the most famous arias, while the second part will be dedicated to his own greatest hits.

Zagreb on April 8 will witness the dance spectacle Lord of the Dance, which since its 1998 performance in Wembley Arena still holds the world record for 21 consecutive sellout performances. Lord of the Dance had its premiere on the boards of the London Coliseum two decades ago, and a few years ago it underwent a spectacular transformation into a show that’s even more exciting than the original.

Charismatic Dutchman André Rieu and his private orchestra, the largest in the world, are in Zagreb once more. You can see and hear romantic waltzes, themes from classic films, operas and operettas and covers of traditional songs performed by the “King of the Walz” and his orchestra on May 19 in Zagreb Arena.

TORUK – The First Flight, the Cirque du Soleil tour inspired by the hit film Avatar, will be landing in Zagreb from 7 to 9 December 2018. Through a combination of the most high-tech visuals, puppetry and theatrical elements together with magnificent set design, Cirque du Soleil brings you the fantastic imaginary world of James Cameron through its unique performance style.
