New routes for exploring the city
With the help of the Zagreb Be There mobile application, tourists can now explore the city via the new Arty Zagreb route, featuring the favourite spots of famous artists, as well as the New Zagreb route, featuring points of interest located across the Sava River.

EuroBasket 2015 in Croatia
Zagreb to host a basketball competition
Zagreb will be host to national basketball teams competing in group C of EuroBasket 2015. The event will take place between September 5th and 10th at Arena Zagreb. The Croatian team will be competing for the title against teams from Slovenia, Greece, Macedonia, Georgia and the Netherlands.

If you are brave enough to get up close and personal with some of the worst torture devices in the history of mankind, head to the newly opened torture museum in the centre of Zagreb, the first of its kind in Croatia.

Homage to a genius mind
The Technical Museum named after Nikola Tesla
Zagreb's Technical Museum now bears the name of Nikola Tesla, which is expected to soon be officially registered. Apart from the new name, the museum will also receive a new visual identity in order to mark the 159th anniversary of the birth of the great scientist.
