New Year’s Eve
Stereo MC's at Ban Jelačić Square
The New Year’s Eve programme at Ban Josip Jelačić Square on December 31st will feature a concert by the British hip-hop band, Stereo MC’s – a gift to Zagreb’s citizens and their guests from the Zagreb Tourist Board.

Once again this Advent season, Zagreb will shine in a new light. Aside from festive decorations, the streets and squares of the city centre will feature various entertainment programmes and events that will certainly attract numerous citizens of the Croatian capital as well as their guests.

Vip Snow Queen Trophy
Slalom races of the World Ski Championship
Between the 4th and the 6th of January, Sljeme Mountain will be the venue for the Vip Snow Queen Trophy slalom races of the World Ski Championship for men and women, which will bring together the best skiers in the world for the seventh year in a row.

The Nutcracker, one of the favourite shows among ballet aficionados, was first performed in Zagreb in 1931. A traditional part of the Croatian National Theatre's repertoire around the time of the Advent, now it is your turn to find out why this ballet fairytale is a favourite among numerous citizens of Zagreb.

easyJet
Direct connections with Paris and London
As of early November, Zagreb and Paris have been connected four times a week by direct easyJet flights, which will also connect the Croatian capital with London as of February 11th of next year.
