May 2011

Dear citizens and guests of Zagreb!
Visitors from all over the world, who descend upon the city in droves, know that Zagreb abounds in urban parks and metropolitan forests; these green areas are part of Zagreb's identity and recognisability.

Dear friends and business partners!
Most of Zagreb's guests underline its atmosphere as that special thing for which they will always remember the city. Each season is delightful and has its own merits, but this time of year certainly offers the most splendid ambience.

St Mark’s Fair
The Middle Ages on the main square
Should you find yourself at Zagreb’s main square between the 18th and the 22nd of May, do not be frightened by the atmosphere: you are not the victim of either a joke or a time-machine! You will become one of the many participants of the traditional St. Mark’s Fair of ancient trades, dominated as in ancient times by knights, noblemen, rogues and peasants.
