Spring is taking hold in Zagreb, flowers will again bloom and greenery will return to Zagreb's parks and squares, streets and promenades. Culture and entertainment; sporting, tourist and trade events will follow each other in quick succession.

After a long, cold winter, we certainly all long for spending time in the open air and enjoying the sunshine. Much can be said about Zagreb, its diverse cultural life, sporting events and tourist offer, but the most obvious attractions in spring are the numerous cafe terraces across the city.
 
The 15th Festival of Saint Mark
An international festival of exquisite music
Between April 25th and May 12th, concert halls and churches around the Upper Town will be venues for the 15th Festival of Saint Mark, reputed as an exquisite international music event.
 
INmusic Festival 2013
New events to complement music
The 8th INmusic Festival will again take place at Jarun Lake. Apart from excellent concerts, the organizers of this largest open air festival in Croatia have some new treats in store for the festival’s audiences.

Iso Kršnjavi – The Great Founder/Minister with a European Spirit
Until May 19th, the Croatian History Museum will feature an exhibition titled “Iso Kršnjavi – The Great Founder/Minister with a European Spirit”, homage to a man who made a lasting mark on Croatian culture and history in the late 19th century.
