The 17th Cest is d’Best
Visit the oldest international street festival in Croatia
As part of the 17th International Street Festival, Cest is d’Best, which will take place between June 5th and June 12th, Zagreb’s citizens and numerous tourists will once again be entertained on the city streets by hundreds of performers from all over the world.
 
The Museum of Arts and Crafts
To Europe with Caravaggio
Until August 31st, the permanent exhibit of the Museum of Arts and Crafts will feature Caravaggio’s priceless masterpiece of Baroque art, “Supper at Emaus”. It has been borrowed from the Pinacoteca di Brera of Milan as one of the most beautiful gifts for Croatia’s accession to the EU.

Animafest Zagreb 2013
A gathering of animators from all over the world
At this year’s feature-length edition of Animafest Zagreb 2013, which will take place between June 4th and June 9th at Europa Cinema and the Cineplexx Centar Kaptol, fans of animation will truly come unto their own as they can look forward to a diverse programme of films as well as an array of concurrent events.

With the opening of the Educational Centre and the permanent exhibit space “Diversity of the World of Mushrooms” located on the city’s central square, Zagreb has got its first ever Mushroom Museum. The exhibit consisting of more than five thousand mushrooms will teach visitors about the world of fungi.

The first public bicycle system
Get to know Zagreb on two wheels
Take a ride around Zagreb on a rented bicycle, which can now be hired at six locations in the city centre for a price of 8 kuna per hour. Reach your destination faster or embark on a sightseeing tour on two wheels.
