Arena Centar

Conveniently located in the south-western part of Zagreb, Arena Centar is known as Croatia’s premier shopping centre.

This newest and most modern 4th generation shopping-entertainment centre in the region is an architecturally impressive building featuring wide hallways, glass ceilings and conveniently located elevators and escalators. Arena Centar is home to 10 large and over 200 small to mid-sized stores and kiosks, as well as Interspar - the largest hypermarket in Croatia. If you desire unique entertainment, come and visit Cinestar Multiplex Cinema featuring two luxury Gold Class cinema halls by American Express and the first IMAX cinema in the region and 4DX Exclusive Samsung cinema. Or, if you are more daring, try your luck at the Game World Casino. Once you are ready to take a break, visit one of the cafes or restaurants where the exotic international foods will take your palate on a delicious trip around the globe. In the summer time you can chill out on the patio by the water fountain and treat your eyes and ears to the combination of lights and water spraying in the air. Whoever thought that shopping with kids was an impossible task was seriously wrong. Bring your kids along to Arena Centar since there is plenty for them to do here.If your kids have extra energy to burn, take them to one of our playrooms where they can jump in the blow-up castle or roll around in the colourful plastic balls till their little hearts are content. Getting here is a breeze. Arena Centar has over 3,000 free parking spots. There also are free bike spaces for those who prefer this mode of transportation. If that does not work for you, you can take our bus that is also free of charge. Of course, there are the usual public transport options. Arena Centar is a true meeting place and has become a new centre of the Croatian capital offering you a variety of shopping and entertainment options!

Jesse Eisenberg (actor) spent the autumn in Zagreb in 2007: Zagreb is an incredible town. I enjoyed sightseeing the old parts of the town, and at night I went to clubs. I was thrilled that it was near Austria and Italy, so I visited Venice, Milan, Ljubljana, Graz, Split... over the weekends.
