Cvjetni Centre

This was the first project to revive an abandoned Lower City block in Zagreb, situated in the very heart of the city.

It is surrounded by Trg Petra Preradovića (Cvjetni Square), Varšavska Street, Gundulićeva Street, Ilica and Preobraženska Street, just a few minutes walk from Trg Bana Josipa Jelačića and Trg republike Hrvatske. Immediately after its opening in 2011, it fully came to life within the Zagreb urban fibre and contributed to the revitalisation of Cvjetni Square and the entire pedestrian zone that it is a part of.
