I am looking forward to Zagreb as a destination where I always feel good. It seems it has been too long since the last time I was here, although it was just a year or so.

It was officially opened on May 5th 1912, and since then the HAŠK played on it. After the World War II and creation of Dinamo, "Zagreb Blue Boys" moved here. The stadium was rearranged on several occassions. During 1998 the north side was pulled down, and the new one was built together with glass wall on the offices looking at Maksimir road. The working on Maksimir stadium is closed to end, and its present capacity is 35.123 seats.
Sightseeing of the stadium is possible in Croatian and English, prices are 20 kn per person for individual tours and for groups up to 15 people, for groups over 15 people the price is 10 kn per person. Sightseeing tour has no fixed terms and is arranged directly with the guide.

I remember Zagreb as a beautiful city, and the people I met were very nice and offered me a warm welcome. The audience was wonderful as well. Really, that concert has been like a lovely souvenir.

I am sorry that I have not had the opportunity to stay longer and see a little more, but the Jarun Lake and clubs impressed me, has all the elements of good entertainment.

Jesse Eisenberg (actor) spent the autumn in Zagreb in 2007: Zagreb is an incredible town. I enjoyed sightseeing the old parts of the town, and at night I went to clubs. I was thrilled that it was near Austria and Italy, so I visited Venice, Milan, Ljubljana, Graz, Split... over the weekends.

I was very looking forward to coming to Zagreb, especially because my mother travelled with me. My people found out everything about it, so that we could see the main stuff in the city!

I like Lisinski very much. It was very intense to perform there, because people came, listened carefully and felt the music in their hearts. Lisinski is a beautiful concert hall, and I am very honored to be performing there. I have wonderful memories of my first performance in Lisinski.
