Zagreb Tourist Guides Organisation: Providing Service to Tourists for 50 Years

In early February the Zagreb Tourist Guides Organisation, the oldest such association in Croatia, marked fifty years since its foundation. The Organisation has 80 members, who are licensed tourist guides. It continuously improves the quality of their work through additional training, upgrading knowledge and raising awareness about the local heritage and organising guided tours. The organisation also participates in improving the legislative framework which governs their profession and advances their trade and cooperates with schools and other organisations such as the association for the blind or visually impaired.

Owing to all this, the Zagreb Tourist Guides Organisation is a guarantee of a high quality, professional guided tours for which its members are daily praised by many tourists.
