Bruketa & Žinić on a Roll Again

Design company Bruketa & Žinić have received two Epica Awards. The awards are judged by the European advertising trade press.

Editors of European advertising trade magazines have bestowed two Epica awards on the well-known Croatian design company Bruketa & Žinić, a golden award for Podravka’s Annual Report 'Well Done' and a bronze award for JE*S Jeans 'Bum' project commissioned by the Croatian international fashion distribution chain.

Bruketa & Žinić is one of the most extensively awarded design companies in the region whose list of international successes and recognitions is getting longer by the day.

In 2002, the well established Bruketa & Žinić team received  a silver medal at the Nagoya Design Do; in 2003, they were finalists at Design Week; they received two coveted awards at the iF Communication in Hannover, and soon after that, three golden medals for creative achievements at the Creativity Annual Award.

The awarded city light ‘Bum’ project was designed with the intention to involve passers-by in the conveyance of a message, and the annual report for food company Podravka, called Well Done, contains the usual factual part with figures and a report by an independent auditor and a quirky part – a book that has to be baked in an oven before it can be read.
The Epica awards are now in their 21st year.

Their aim is to encourage the highest standards of creativity in European advertising and help agencies, film production companies and photographers develop their reputations across the continent.
Next to the Cannes Lions, the Epica Awards are particularly important for European agencies, and Bruketa & Žinić’s works will be published in the Epica 21 Book together with the works of some of the most prominent names in global advertising.
