Congresses and Fairs: Gatherings About a Healthy Lifestyle and Sustainable Food Production

The issues of healthy food and sustainable ways to produce it have never been more relevant. These are the topics to be discussed at specialised fairs and expert panels, accompanied by topic - related exhibitions.

Food and healthy lifestyle fairs, a central Croatian event dedicated to food, healthy lifestyle and return to nature and healthy ways of life will be held at the Zagreb Fair from 1 to 4 December. The fair will gather numerous Croatian and foreign producers of healthy food, supplements, herbal preparations and plant products as well as manufacturers of tea, honey and honey products, industrial hemp products and similar. This fair will answer many issues of a healthy lifestyle through a string of lectures, workshops, seminars as well as individual meetings. Also, the 14^th edition of the international congress entitled “Scientific Proof in Unconventional Medicine” will take place in parallel, gathering scientists and experts from around the world.

From 1 to 4 December the International Fair of Agriculture, Agricultural Equipment and Machinery CroAgro, whose task is to encompass and present hi-tech products and services in agriculture and food industry along with B2B meetings and exchange of practices and insights, will also be held at the Zagreb Fair.

From 30 November to 2 December Zagreb will also host the 10^th edition of the Congress of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists, where innovation, sustainability, safety, nutrition and other topics will be discussed. At the same time, a symposium entitled “Biotechnology in Croatia - Vera Johanides” and several workshops and round tables will also take place.
