Fashion Brands at Low Prices
Towards the end of August the first outlet store in Croatia will open in Sveta Helena near Zagreb, where shopaholics will be able to buy fashion brands with discounts between 30% and 70%!
Towards the end of August the first outlet store in Croatia will open in Sveta Helena, some twenty kilometers away from Zagreb. Shopping villages such as this are usually developed near urban centers with a good traffic infrastructure. Sveta Helena certainly meets these requirements as there are more than 2.5 million inhabitants living within a 90-minute drive radius of its center.
Designed as an urban village, with pedestrian walkways and car-free streets, cafes, family restaurants and playgrounds for children, the shopping center will sell high-street fashion brands at discount prices of anywhere from 30% up to 70%! Moreover, the new outlet center will stock warehouse surplus and out-of-season clothes by over 200 brands! To keep track of your bargain purchases, the products on sale will display both the original price and the special, discounted price.
Apart from the outlet center in Sveta Helena, which is being developed next to a busy highway between Zagreb and Varaždin by the Israeli company, Prigan Holdings, another center of this kind is due to open in September in Sveti Križ Začretje. The principal investor is the Austrian Dayland Group and the location is ideally situated by the highway that connects Zagreb with the Macelj border-crossing into Slovenia, which is traveled by an increasing number of foreign visitors during the tourist season. The opening of two such centers near Zagreb, which has already turned into the Mecca for shopaholics from Croatia and abroad, now offers the alluring possibility of purchasing fashion brands at significantly lower prices.
