Gregorian once again in Zagreb

Gregorian, a unique German choir that fascinates audiences across the world with its Gregorian chant singing, and an inspirational stage performance, will perform on March 9th at the Dražen Petrović Hall.

On March 9th, the renowned German choir, Gregorian, will hold a concert at the Dražen Petrović Hall as part of "The Dark Side of the Chant Tour 2011". The concert will promote their current album, "Masters of Chant vol.VII", which contains covers of hits by bands such as Guns N' Roses, U2, ABBA, Depeche Mode, Kate Bush, Led Zeppelin and Snow Patrol, as well as songs from their latest album, "The Dark Side of the Chant", which was released last month.

Inspired by Gregorian chant-style singing, and performing an impressive stage show, the German choir, Gregorian, has gained numerous fans across the globe. It consists of eight singers led by Frank Peterson, the creator of the famous Enigma project. With more than five million CDs and DVDs sold, Gregorian has also attracted over a million fans to their concerts during a period of eleven years of performances. The value of their artistic work has been recognized by numerous film producers and some of their songs are even featured in blockbuster movies such as Harry Potter, the Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars.

Organizers of this concert are Haarlem Ltd. and producer Tomislav Kašljević, who are also organizing the choir's performances in Sarajevo's Skenderija Hall on March 8th and in Belgrade's Sava Centre on March 10th. Gregorian already performed for their Zagreb fans once before, when they held a concert at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall in 2009.
