On the list of the best European festivals
The Times has included the Vip INmusic Festival on its list of the top 20 summer festivals in Europe. Once again, many well known names from the global music scene will appear at this year’s festival.
Some thirty bands from Croatia and abroad will appear at this year’s Vip INmusic Festival, the largest such open-air event in Croatia. The festival is being organized on the Island of Croatian Youth at the Jarun Lake, and concerts will be held on a total of four stages. The headliners at this year’s festival will be Australian singer/songwriter Nick Cave and his band The Bad Seeds, whose performance is scheduled on the first day. The British electronic band, The Prodigy, who has sold more than 16 million albums throughout their career, will perform on the second day.

Apart from the Vip INmusic Festival, The Times’ list includes other great European summer festivals such as the Primavera Sound and Sonar Festival taking place in Barcelona; Daydream, Summercase and PinkPop in the Netherlands; Southside Festival and Rock Werchter in Belgium; Rockilde in Denmark, Sziget in Hungary, etc.
Apart from the previously announced main stars, numerous other famous names from the global music scene will perform at this year’s event; the list of names includes Serj Tankian, Stereo MC’s, Hot Chip, Tinariwen, Amadou & Daughters, Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, XX Teens, etc. Among the domestic performers, some of the most interesting acts will be the always intriguing band Let 3. Also, Vještice have announced their appearance, as well as Eddy Ramich, Kiril Džajkovski from Macedonia, Atheist Rap from Novi Sad, etc. In any case, the visitors at the Vip INmusic Festival can expect an interesting and eventful two days.
