Spring Makeover
The Palace Hotel Zagreb is embarking on a project to refurbish the rest of its rooms and restaurants. During its 107 year long tradition it has become known as one of the most romantic hotels in the city and by next spring it will emerge in full splendour.
Palace Hotel Zagreb holds a special place in the hearts of Zagreb's citizens and its guests due to its location along Lenuci's Green Horseshoe and a 107-year-old tradition which is reflected in the interior decoration and the service accorded to the hotel’s patrons. Preserving old traditions, hospitality, exquisite cuisine, an impressive range of amenities and excellent access to events and attractions in the city are the hotel’s main selling points. Besides being a four-star facility, it is also listed as a heritage hotel, meaning that it is committed to preserving and continuing its rich traditions, including time-honoured cuisine and the legacy of the hospitality industry.
During the first quarter of the year, approximately a million Euros will be invested in the refurbishment of 55 rooms and the main restaurant. The rooms on three floors, as well as the meeting rooms and salons, were reconstructed during the first stage of the project when the new fitness and wellness centre were also added to the hotel's amenities. After the completion of the second stage of the project, the reconstruction will be completed in all its segments.
Art lovers will find it interesting to know that the hotel also boasts the Zrinski Gallery where the top Croatian artists hold their exhibitions. The cooperation between artists and the hotel has gone a step further in the way that artists Vatroslav Kuliš and Damir Barešić have designed bespoke labels for a limited edition of Croatian wines which have been on sale at the hotel since the first day of the New Year.
Located in a beautiful Art-Deco palace in the very centre of the city and close to the beautiful Zrinjevac Park, for the second consecutive year the Palace Hotel Zagreb has received an award from the portal TripAdvisor for the quality of services recognized and rated by the hotel's guests on the website.
