Swanky Mint Hostel – The Best Hostel in Croatia

For the second year running the Swanky Mint Hostel has been voted the best hostel in Croatia. In 2017 another Hoscar is in their hands. Or, as they themselves proudly announced on their Facebook page: “We’ve got some exciting news! We’ve won an Hoscar second year in a row – for the best hostel in Croatia!!!

The award is presented by Hostelworld, the biggest global hostel agency which brings together most hostels in the world. The hostel at Ilica 50, situated close to Zagreb’s most important attractions, earned the accolade based on its guests’ reviews. This is not the first award which the hostel has received. Hostelworld described Swanky Mint as “paradise for its visitors, providing everything they could need, including the unmissable Monkey Garden in which to relax after a day spent in the city.” Apart from that British daily newspaper The Sun listed hostel Swanky Mint in its top 7 luxury European hostels.
