The Family Accommodation Forum Awards – Zagreb Winners!

More than half of the total tourist accommodation in Croatia is in family-owned accommodation, which last year hosted 35 million bed-nights, showing just how important this type of tourism is for the economy.

Traditional Croatian hospitality and an authentic experience are the attractions for tourists, meaning the hosts themselves are of immeasurable importance. It is worth mentioning therefore the two Zagreb family-owned apartments which won Flower of Tourism awards: Sunčani apartmani for the best family accommodation, and the Emerald apartment for the best city apartment.

Tranquility, comfort, security and relaxation are what set the award-winners apart. However, the winners point out that there none of this would be possible without their wonderful guests.
