The guitar legend once again in Zagreb
Zagreb’s Culture Factory is proud to present a concert by the great Steve Vai, a world renowned guitarist who has performed with numerous legends throughout his long career in music and has become a role model for many contemporary musicians. The concert on 9 November will be characterized by the energetic sounds of the electric guitar.
After seven years, Zagreb will once again be visited by the famous guitarist Steve Vai, who will hold his long anticipated concert on 9 November at Zagreb’s Culture Factory. Rock fans are delighted at the news because Vai is an incredible guitar virtuoso, an eccentric who is regarded by many as one of the greatest guitarists of all time owing to his revolutionary music making techniques. He has had the opportunity to play with and learn from numerous legends from the world of music, becoming a role-model himself to many contemporary musicians. He played his first riffs at the age of 12, and he had been taught by the great Joe Satriani.
He started his professional career at the age of 18, and has performed with Frank Zappa, David Lee Roth, Whitesnake and numerous other legends. During his 30- year-long career he has recorded 16 solo albums and sold more than 15 million copies. Moreover, he has been a part of about 60 other compilation albums. His latest solo album was released in August this year. The album is titled “The Story of Light”, which is also the name of the tour which will also make a stop in Zagreb.
The Zagreb audience already had an opportunity to see him seven years ago when he performed alongside the great Eric Sardinas.
The ticket price for this guitar spectacle is 200 kuna in pre-sales, while on the day of the concert, should there be any tickets left, the price will be 220 kuna. Since only 1500 tickets are available, you should hurry and purchase your ticket so you do not miss this music treat.
