Autumn added intensity to the cultural, economic and social life in Zagreb, but it also added specific flavours, scents and colours due to which this season has a special appeal.
In mid-November Zagreb will become a city important to movie fans, movie makers and all those who wish to learn all secrets of this art. This is when the 19th edition of the Zagreb Film Festival will take place.
In October, many tourism services and attractions will be available to foreign and Croatian visitors in the entire country at affordable prices, which is an additional reason to visit Croatia and enjoy the stay.
Citizens and visitors of Zagreb prove their dedication to active lifestyle by participating in the Zagreb Night Run, a race that is this year taking place in the streets of Zagreb for the tenth time. But there are more and more recreational runners in the streets and parks of Zagreb on other days as well.
Love for Zagreb inspired the creation of a gin whose name is also connected to the city – Agramero.
The Artupuncture project has been conceived as a platform for culture and art, joined by various participants with their programs at the invitation of the Zagreb Tourist Board.
Vacation in Zagreb is always interesting and eventful, and outings to its surroundings are an additional, exciting dose of culture, fun, adrenaline and flavours.

I remember Zagreb as a beautiful city, and the people I met were very nice and offered me a warm welcome. The audience was wonderful as well. Really, that concert has been like a lovely souvenir.

I like Lisinski very much. It was very intense to perform there, because people came, listened carefully and felt the music in their hearts. Lisinski is a beautiful concert hall, and I am very honored to be performing there. I have wonderful memories of my first performance in Lisinski.

Jesse Eisenberg (actor) spent the autumn in Zagreb in 2007: Zagreb is an incredible town. I enjoyed sightseeing the old parts of the town, and at night I went to clubs. I was thrilled that it was near Austria and Italy, so I visited Venice, Milan, Ljubljana, Graz, Split... over the weekends.
