I am sorry that I have not had the opportunity to stay longer and see a little more, but the Jarun Lake and clubs impressed me, has all the elements of good entertainment.

Until January 24th the Klovićevi Dvori gallery will host an exhibition of works by the great Croatian painter of the 20th century, Jozo Kljaković, who is known to wide audiences for his frescos, which are featured in numerous sacral structures in Croatia as well as abroad.
With its new offer, “The Four Seasons”, which enables four visits with one ticket, the Zoo has introduced yet another interesting, educational program for children.
An exhibition, organized by the Croatian Association of Artists of Applied Arts and the Croatian National Theatre, will be open until January 22nd in a total of four locations. The event will take place to celebrate a hundred years of Croatian costume and set design.
In an array of concerts planned for this year, the Zagreb Arena will host a performance by the renowned German band, Rammstein, on March 18th, while the globally-popular, German teen pop-rock band, Tokio Hotel, will perform there on March 28th.
On January 21st, world-class dancers and ice-skaters from the renowned St. Petersburg State Ballet on Ice will perform “Swan Lake” in a unique musical spectacle at the Dražen Petrović Basketball Centre.
For the fifth time, Zagreb will host the PBZ Zagreb Indoors, 2010 ATP Tournament, which will take place between January 30th and February 7th at Dom Sportova Sports Hall. Along with the best Croatian tennis players, the tournament will feature many other world-famous players.
The new building of the Museum of Contemporary Art will be officially opened on December 11th. On this date the first visitors will have an opportunity to view the permanent exhibit from the museum’s rich holdings, which consists of some twelve thousand works by foreign as well as Croatian artists, created since the 1950’s.
Along with many indigenous dishes and specialties of ever-expanding global cuisines, the citizens of Zagreb and their guests can now taste exquisite delicacies from truffles, which are being sold at the recently opened store on Vlaška Street, in the heart of the city.
