I was very looking forward to coming to Zagreb, especially because my mother travelled with me. My people found out everything about it, so that we could see the main stuff in the city!

The Tourist Board of the City of Zagreb was the third place winner for its promotional film “Zagreb in the Heart of Europe”. The award was won at the world's leading international travel trade show ITB Berlin.
Until April 14th, all the guests in Zagreb that visit the main square, Ban Josip Jelačić Square, or St. Mark's Square in the Upper Town can expect to see an additional attraction: a huge Easter egg painted in a naive manner. Lado, one of the country's oldest national folk dance ensembles, celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. The group has become an ambassador of Croatia's artistic traditions on six continents.
The 25th Music Biennale Zagreb will take place from April 17th to 26th at a total of 11 locations around the city. As many as 36 musical pieces have been specially commissioned for this festival.
