Hello, Zagreb!

The Zagreb Tourist Board is the first in Croatia to offer a free telephone line to tourists. Updated tourist information may be received by dialing 0800-53-53. At the same time, the Tourist Board’s internet pages, which are published in as many as 13 different languages, have undergone a major overhaul and now offer more user friendly access to information.

If you dial the free number 0800-53-53, your call will be answered by the helpful employees of the Tourist Information Center who provide tourists with updated information on things to see and do in the city, accommodation, transportation and a lot more. The information is provided in several languages, every working day between 8:30 A.M. and 9 P.M., on Saturdays between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. and on Sundays between 10 A.M and 2 P.M.

The redesigned Zagreb Tourist Board internet pages (www.zagreb-touristinfo.hr) bring information not only in Croatian and English, but also in German, Italian, French, Spanish, Slovenian, Russian, Czech, Hungarian, Portuguese, Japanese and Hebrew.

Zagreb has become a not-to-miss destination for foreign guests on the tourist map of Europe. The new free telephone line for tourists and the wide choice of languages in which information is provided on the internet pages of the Tourist Board go a long way in improving communication between the host and its guests, making it easier to get acquainted with the city and providing everybody who find themselves in the Croatian capital with the feeling of a warm welcome.
