Based on more than seven million ratings by users of Hostelworld.com website and its research network, Hoscars, which allows users to choose the best hostels, Zagreb’s Hobo Bear hostel has been rated as the best hostel in Croatia.

The hostel is located on Medulićeva Street, in the vicinity of the Croatian National Theatre and the Mimara Museum, well within walking distance of the historic Upper Town and other attractive destinations in the city centre. The hostel has eight rooms, a fully equipped communal kitchen, and a bar with arched ceilings and brick walls – very reminiscent of a wine cellar.
