Hotel Offer Becomes Richer

A more intensive business and tourist life in Zagreb is the reason for the growth in the number of hotels, and it has recently been announced that two new hotels will be built. The already rich and varied accommodation offer is thus being further enhanced so that every guest can be absolutely sure that they will find accommodation in town that fits their needs.

In Buzin, on the outskirts of Zagreb, the Austrian company Supernova is building the largest Croatian shopping center which will cover 270,000m2 and the investment will cost about half a million Euros. In addition to a cinema complex, shopping center, a DIY store and similar, the plan also includes the building of a tourist and catering establishment. Namely, this project will consist of a tower with a hotel and business premises. A few restaurants will also be built within the shopping center.
The 9-story business and hotel complex will be built on Jadranska Avenue, near the gas station. The zoning permit was already issued in 2006 and part of the project has already been completed, such as the gas station and car wash, while the building of the hotel is still forthcoming.
Zagreb has a rich offer of hotel accommodations of all categories and capacity for about 6,000 guests, and every year new hotels are opening in the city.
