Musical Encounters at Ribnjak Park – Zagreb Crossover Festival

This year’s Zagreb Crossover Festival – an international music festival in the Ribnjak park – once again brings us a host of musicians from Croatia and abroad!

In Zagreb’s Ribnjak Park, from 25 to 29 July the Zagreb Crossover Festival will be held – an international music festival which brings together varied musical genres, cultures and languages. As well as the best Croatian jazz groups, over the five days of the festival, from 5 pm, bands from the Netherlands, Italy, Kosovo and Serbia will take to the stage. The biggest stars of this year’s Crossover come from Great Britain. So, on 27 July you will have the chance to hear the world famous DJ duo Smoove & Turrell!

Last year the festival was visited by more than five thousand people over five days. This year more are expected at the concerts of the ten artists: from Gypsy Groove, the Roma group from Kosovo, the Eargonauts from Holland, Jam Bucket and Mimika Orchestra from Croatia to Techno Viking from Pula. Apart from excellent music, visitors will also be able to enjoy the excellent gastro offering. Entry to the festival is free. New at the festival this year are after parties which will be held on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 July in the Kaptol Boutique Cinema with cult DJ Ozren Kanceljak.
