The Biggest Water Planet in Croatia

The popular Terme Tuhelj Spa in Tuheljske Toplice, not far from Zagreb, will certainly be an even more enticing weekend break prospect this summer. Besides the already well known attractions which have boosted its image as the biggest water park in Croatia, the complex now boasts the new high category Hotel Well, whose opening in early June raised the Tuhelj Terme profile to a four-star level.

This summer, the popular Terme Tuhelj Spa tempts guests with new amenities which have hoisted the biggest bathing facility in Croatia to new levels of quality. The new four-star Hotel Well with 264 rooms opened its doors to visitors in early June. The Slovenian owner of the spa complex, the company Terme Olimia, launched the 12 million kuna investment project last April.

As part of the project, the pre-existing accommodation facility was refurbished and a new extension was added to it. Besides accommodation, the new hotel now offers a big multifunctional congress centre for up to 450 people, a large terrace, an atrium with an attractive bar and an amphitheatre for concerts, theatre shows and similar events. The new amenities are well connected to the pre-existing ones: the large wellness centre, sporting grounds, camp site, and needless to say, the large water park which dominates the complex. All of the newly constructed facilities, just like the ones developed before them, meet the high environmental standards and stringent energy efficiency requirements.

Thus, your visit and stay at the Terme Tuhelj Spa will be even more eventful, more complete, and will provide even better value for money with an offer of attractions that complement the classic family spa holiday. Be it the sporting grounds or wellness facilities, the range of offers and services will satisfy even the most discerning taste. The Terme Tuhelj Spa Wellness Centre boasts a host of quality facilities and treatments, the most notable of them is the so-called World of Saunas, the number one sauna centre in Croatia. The sauna facilities are open daily from morning to evening and they offer visitors plenty in the way of opportunities to reinvigorate their bodies and minds.

During hot summer evenings, the greatest number of visitors will flock to the Water Planet – a complex of swimming pools of all sizes and purposes with beneficial thermal water and numerous attractions: geysers, waterfalls, artificial waves, underwater massage beds, castles and many other entertaining elements.
