The first auto-camp in the vicinity of Zagreb has recently opened in the small town of Sveta Nedelja, on the bank of Rakitje Lake, offering quality accommodation and an array of catering and wellness facilities that will remain available all year round.

The first auto-camp in the vicinity of Zagreb has recently opened on the northern bank of Rakitje Lake, in the small, picturesque town of Sveta Nedelja, located several kilometres away from the Croatian capital. The camp spreads across a surface of ten thousand square metres and it has been granted a high four star category. It has fifty spots for camper-vans and recreational vehicles, four bungalows, sanitary facilities, a wine cellar and lounge-bar, as well as a mini wellness facility, a children’s playground, etc… The camp also accepts pets and has all the appropriate facilities for them.

With such an extensive catering and wellness offer, the camp will remain open throughout the year, and it has already been certified by the Dutch and German auto-clubs, ACSI and ADAC, it has been included in the Glamcamping database, as well as national databases of several countries.

Apart from quality accommodation, one of the advantages of this modern campsite is its location on the bank of Rakitje Lake, which offers visitors plenty of walking, cycling and fishing opportunities, while guests can also opt for excursions to the Medvednica and Žumberak nature parks, or visit the castles and museums of the Zagorje region…
