The National Geographic Big Cats exhibition

Until October 27th, Zagreb’s Avenue Mall will feature the educational National Geographic Big Cats photo exhibition. Its intention is to raise awareness about the need to protect endangered species.

Until October 27th, Zagreb’s Avenue Mall will feature the National Geographic Big Cats exhibition. The intention is to showcase the fascinating world of big cats, such as lions, tigers and cheetahs, who are now on the verge of extinction due to the destruction of their natural habitat. The extinction of such endangered species would affect the eco-system and the natural balance and exhibitions such as this one try to prevent this.

The exhibition is part of a global project, and its goal is to raise the awareness of Zagreb’s citizens about the need for the conservation of endangered species, which need human help to survive. In order to save these animals from extinction, National Geographic has brought together a team of specialists who help the animals in their natural habitat, as well as protect them from poachers.

The opening of this educational exhibition at Avenue Mall, which presents the everyday life of these majestic and wild  creatures, will surely attract numerous animal lovers.
