Vinart Grand Tasting – The Art of Wine in the Lauba Gallery

The Vinart Grand Tasting in Lauba, an event where winemakers present the true colours of their wines, and visitors enjoy the fruits of their labour, their skills and their love.

Wine aficionados have a treat in store on 2 and 3 March in the Lauba Gallery which is hosting the 2018 Vinart Grand Tasting.

At the Vinart Grand Tasting you can taste wines from selected winemakers on the Croatian market. Nothing is left to chance at this festival. Totally dedicated to quality, this is a festival where winemakers exhibit by invitation only. Some of the winemakers invited to the Vinart Grand Tasting are those who are rightly believed to be leaders in quality within their price brackets on the Croatian market.

There will be a great concentration of exceptional wines to be sampled in one place. This is an excellent chance for visitors to stock up their cellars with wines that are usually hard to come by, thanks to the Pop-Up Wine Cellar. Visitors, wine enthusiasts and lovers of a fine drop need not wander fruitlessly in search for their favourites because all of the exhibited wines are on sale in the Pop-Up Wine Cellar. However, the organisers warn that there are limited quantities so it’s worth being quick. The Vinart Grand Tasting is a second home for anyone who supports the idea of quality; it is a place where winemakers can present the true colours of their wines and visitors can enjoy the fruits of their labour, their skills and their love.

The Vinart Grand Tasting this year once again will offer small and new winemakers the chance to present their wines to the general public. Top winemakers Nevenka Škavić and Jo Ahearne exhibited their first wines right here. Two free exhibitor spots this year once again await new, unknown winemakers allowing them to introduce themselves and to get their faces known!

Entry tickets cost 150 kn, including a 40 kn voucher for a taxi home or for a bottle of wine in the Pop-Up Wine Cellar.
