The time of Advent always fills us with happiness and hope and takes us to an idyllic period filled with anticipation and emotions. This year is the same; Zagreb awaits you with its holiday spirit and a recognisable atmosphere to which it owns the three consecutive titles of the best Christmas market in Europe.

The times we live in and epidemiological precautions which we follow have changed our holiday rituals to an extent, but we managed to preserve the important balance between pleasure and safety.

Regardless whether you go for a walk around Zagreb or you follow Advent in Zagreb events online, you will be filled with holiday spirit. This spirit will also be present at the EXPO 2020 in Dubai, where Advent in Zagreb is to be presented during the Christmas Week at various locations of the common exhibition space and in the Croatian pavilion.

This is a perfect prelude to a dynamic 2022 which will start with the Audi FIS World Alpine Ski Cup Snow Queen Trophy in early January. However, it will also be a year of beautiful exhibitions, magnificent theatre shows and numerous concerts. The calendar of events in Zagreb is already filled with performances by many world celebrities. It is safe to say that we will have an exciting year of concerts and offer many reasons for visitors to come to our city and enjoy its activities and unique atmosphere.
