A holiday for keen gardeners – the 52nd Floraart

This year, for the 52nd time, those who love flowers will flock between 8 and 14 May to Floraart! This international garden exhibition is the biggest horticultural event in this part of Europe gathering a great many Croatian and international exhibitors and with hundreds of thousandsof visitors.

At the exhibition space at Bundek Park, over more than 300,000 m2 of open air space and 2000 m2 of covered space, every year more than 200 exhibitors from Croatia and dozens of foreign exhibitors are presented. There are numerous promotions and a variety of talks on horticultural topics. The Exhibitor's Competition, the Croatian Florists' Cup, the Most Beautiful Garden Contest and the International Secondary Schools' Competition form an important part of the exhibition. No less popular is the sale of flowers and seedlings at Floraart. Floraart is organised by the Zrinjevac branch of Zagrebački holding, the City of Zagreb's utility and transport company, and is co-organised by Zagreb City Council. Entry to all events is free!
