On June 6th, the Culture Factory will be the venue for a performance by Australian singer Gabriella Cilmi, who shot to stardom at age seventeen with her mega-hit “Sweet About Me”.

Australian singer Gabriella Cilmi will perform at the Culture Factory on June 6th. She shot to fame on the global music scene at age seventeen with her 2008 debut album “Lessons to be Learned”. Her first single, “Sweet About Me”, featured on that album, was viewed more than 25 million times on YouTube. After the album’s release she toured with James Blunt and Nouvelle Vague, as well as performed with R.E.M., the Kaiser Chiefs, and on the main stage during the renowned Glastonbury Festival.

During her short, but very successful career, the singer of exquisite vocal ability has shown interest for numerous musical genres, ranging from rock and soul music, in which she has many idols, to disco/funk and trip-hop… She released her second album, “Ten”, in 2010, while her latest album, “The Sting”, came out last year.

Tickets for the Gabriella Cilmi concert cost 130 kuna, with a 30 kuna discount for the first one hundred buyers, and can be purchased at the Rockmark music bookstore or online at Muzika.hr – ticket sales, as well as via Eventim and Entrio. On the day of the concert, the ticket price will go up to 150 kuna.
