On the 21st and the 22nd of June, the Island of Croatian Youth at Zagreb’s Jarun Lake will once again be the venue for yet another music spectacle, the T-Mobile INmusic Festival, which will feature numerous world-famous musicians.
If you have not yet purchased tickets for the T-Mobile INmusic Festival 2011, you’d better hurry! Once again this year, Zagreb’s Jarun Lake will be the venue for two days of excellent live music. The annual festival will be taking place on the 21st and the 22nd of June on the Island of Croatian Youth, for the sixth time. Like last year’s event, it will feature numerous world-famous musicians.
The T-Mobile INmusic Festival quickly put Zagreb on the map of cities that host the best summer festivals in Europe. We have no doubt that it will be the same this year, as the organizers have once again invited top class names from the world of music. Visitors will be arriving from all over the world in order to see their favourite musicians live. Among this year’s headliners is one of the most significant contemporary acid-jazz and funk bands, Jamiroquai. In addition, the festival will also feature electric indie rockers from Quebec, Arcade Fire, who had the best album of 2010, as well as the legendary Californian hip-hop group, Cypress Hill.
The charismatic Nick Cave will also be performing once again at Jarun Lake along with his unique and dark band, Grinderman. On top of that, the Zagreb audience can look forward to performances by American alternative rock band, TV On The Radio, and British rapper, Mike Skinner (aka The Streets) who will hold one of his final concerts of his career at the T-Mobile INmusic Festival. This event will also feature numerous other performers from Croatia as well as abroad, so there is no doubt that visitors of this year’s edition of the festival are in for yet another special treat.
