The First Croatian Luxury Exhibition “Luxury, Please”

On the last day of November and the first few days of December, the Regent Esplanade Hotel was the perfect setting for the first Croatian luxury exhibition showcasing exclusive goods and services.

A unique showpiece was displayed at the Regent Esplanade's Oleander terrace throughout the duration of the “Luxury, Please” exhibition. A Breitling airplane had been dismantled and transported to Zagreb by lorry to represent the luxury collection of Breitling watches. Breitling was just one of the luxury brands that were showcased at the exhibition, the others being Hugo Boss, Emporio Armani, De Petrus, Swarovski, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Porsche and Phillipp Plein.

The “Luxury, Please” salon is a unique exhibition in the world which debuted last year at Vienna's imperial Hofburg Palace. The Regent Esplanade Hotel was the venue of the second world exhibition co-organized by the hotel and the Zagreb-based company, Tim Savjetovanje. The production of the entire event was signed by the staff off the DCM Agency Rathanea Dubrovnik.

The biggest eye-catcher of the exhibition was certainly the 12.13 meter long Breitling airplane, with a wing span of 9.46 meters. Its engine had been removed since its sole purpose is to be shown at special events. It is identical to the aircraft flown by the members of the Breitling Jet Team – the first civilian aerobatics team that performs with jets. Each season, the Breitling Jet Team performs around fifty astonishing demonstrations. Although people have different tastes, many will agree that the Breitling Jet Team's performances are as exciting as the watches which were on display in Zagreb.
