A presentation for convention specialists worldwide

At the end of May, Zagreb was visited by some 60 convention and incentive organizers from all over the world who came to see for themselves that the Croatian capital has all the necessary amenities and conveniences in order to stage a successful convention, and they are complemented by an impressive offer of events and facilities which make one's stay here even more pleasant and interesting.

The Tourist Board of the City of Zagreb recently hosted 60 representatives of convention and incentive organizers from Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Russia, Great Britain, the United States, Italy and France. The organizers of this gathering were the Croatian Convention and Incentive Bureau and the Congress Office and the Zagreb Convention Bureau. A rich and diverse program was prepared for the guests to demonstrate the quality and uniqueness of Zagreb as a great convention, tourism, cultural and gastronomic destination.
The guests benefited from their stay in the city by touring the specialized convention venues, but also they got a feel for the city and its traditions, and took part in some of the cultural events that flavor the city’s life and attract visitors.
This event was viewed as a unique opportunity to present the convention offer of Zagreb to the global congress industry, through which even closer ties have been established with potential business guests.
